Refund & Return Policy

Brighton Wellness Daily Pty Ltd is committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy sets out the conditions and process for returning products and obtaining a refund. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not affected by this policy.

1. 14-day return period

You may return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt for any reason, provided the conditions below are met. This 14-day period is also consistent with the right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU where applicable.

2. Return conditions

• The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with the seal intact.
• You must contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
• Products that have been opened or partially used are not eligible for a return under this policy, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
• You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the product is faulty or not as described.

3. How to initiate a return

To start a return, email us at info@skeletalfloradet.shop within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your name, order reference and reason for return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

4. Refund process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will arrange a bank transfer refund.

5. Faulty or incorrect products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, please contact us immediately at info@skeletalfloradet.shop. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns of opened food supplement products for change of mind, other than in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (e.g. where the product is not fit for purpose or not as described).

7. No hidden subscription charges

Brighton Wellness Daily does not operate automatic recurring billing or subscription programmes. Each order is a single, one-time transaction. You will never be automatically charged for repeat orders.
